BEGINNING at a corner of street and public road; thence by public road South ten and one-half (10 1/2) degrees West seventy-eight and five-tenths (78.5) feet; thence South twenty-nine and one-fourth (28 1/4) degrees East eighty-eight (88) test; thence by land formerly owned By James B. Graham North seventy-two (72) degrees West one hundred and forty five (145) feet and four inches, to an alley; thence by alley North five and one-half (5 1/2) degrees East one hundred and fifteen (115) feet to street; thence South eighty-four and one-half (84 1/2) degrees East sixty-nine (69) feet to place of beginning.

THE SECOND THEREOF:

BEGINNING at a post corner of land of Henry Hoover, John Murray and along the Township Road leading to Owen's Cemetery; thence North along land of John Murray, sixty-nine (69) degrees and forty (40) minutes West one hundred forty-six and six tenths (146.6) feet to a post on alley; thence South along said alley eight (8) degrees and five (5) minutes West fifty-one and six tenths (51.6) (incorrectly numerically written as 56.6 in prior deed) feet to a post corner of other land of Henry Hoover; thence East along said land of Henry Hoover one hundred and forty-four and two tenths (144.2) feet to a post and place of beginning.

Brothers, Deceased, dated October 22, 1990, recorded October 26, 1990 in the Clearfield County Clerk's/Register's Office in Deed Book 1370, Page 546.

TERMS OF SALE

The price of sum at which the property shall be struck off must be paid at the time of sale or such other arrangements made as will be approved, otherwise the property will be immediately put up and sold again at the expense and risk of the person to whom it was struck off and who in case of deficiency of such resale shall make good for the same and in no instance will the deed be presented for confirmation unless the money is actually paid to the Sheriff.

TO all parties in interest and claimants:

A sale of distribution will be filed by the Sheriff in the office the first Monday following the date of the sale and distribution will be made in accordance with the schedule unless exceptions are filed within ten (10) days thereafter.
