Notice is hereby given of the proposed private sale by the Clearfield County Tax Claim Bureau on a parcel of land situate in Clearfield Borough known as: Tax Map # 0043-K08-2100-0033 and described as: Bldg. & L 707 Turnpike Ave. and assessed to: Domingo & Lynda Tan.

The sale has been scheduled for May 11, 2023 at 10:00 AM in the Tax Claim Bureau, 230 E. Market Street Clearfield. The property will be sold free and clear of all tax claims and tax judgments. The Bureau has received and accepted a bid of $4,000.00 for the above referenced property. Any party not satisfied with the accepted sale price must, within forty-five days of this notice, Petition the Court of Common Pleas to disapprove the sale.
