Individuals reportedly begging for money at state Route 879 and Supercenter Drive were gone when police arrived.
Possible theft by deception was referred to another agency.
The vehicle in which a dog was locked inside at Drayer Physical Therapy was gone when police arrived.
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident at U.S. Route 322 and 21st Street.
Possible child abduction reported on Supercenter Drive was found to be a civil custody issue.
A dog was reported locked in a vehicle at Walmart, but the vehicle was gone when police arrived.
Officers assisted the Department of Forestry with its investigation of an incident.
State police at Punxsy
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident Monday afternoon in Bell Township.
A vehicle driven by Max Guthrie of Mahaffey entered U.S. 219 from the north shoulder near Kuntz Motors into the path of a vehicle driven by Glenn Johnston of McKeesport.

On Monday, a South Main Street resident found a license plate in front of their house.
No injuries were reported Monday when a vehicle driven by a Michigan woman pulled from the Wendy's parking lot into the path of a vehicle driven by a DuBois man.
The investigation continues after a Treasure Lake man reported an incident to Treasure Lake Security Monday in which his stepdaughter was approached by a dog that jumped up on her and knocked her down.
She was taken via ambulance to Penn Highlands.

On Tuesday, an Overdorf Avenue woman reported hearing someone knocking on her door, and when she went to see who it was, no one was there.
Police checked the area and found no suspicious behavior.
An unknown man reportedly kept calling a DuBois woman from an unknown number asking for someone she did not know.
Officers handled a domestic dispute between two women at a Tozier Avenue residence.
They were later called back for another dispute between them in which one woman became belligerent with police, but they resolved the situation without incident.
Both women were cited for disorderly conduct.
State police at Philipsburg
Following a traffic stop yesterday at 10:48 p.m. at Presqueisle and North Ninth streets in Philipsburg, a Philipsburg man was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.
He was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center, State College.
An individual contacted police stating noises were coming from an abandoned/condemned building on East Spruce Street in Philipsburg and someone was looking from the window. Russell Lauver and Babe Miller, both of Philipsburg, were found inside.
It was determined the pair were inside without permission and attempting to steal scrap metal to recycle, but they were apprehended before any items were taken.
They were arraigned on burglary charges and placed in Centre County Jail on $10,000 bail, along with unrelated warrants.
The investigation continues after someone stole a 6-year-old girl's prescription medication from a home in the 400 block of North Sixth Street in Philipsburg between 8:30 a.m. Monday and 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
On Saturday at 4:07 a.m., an Altoona man was traveling northbound in the southbound lanes of Interstate 99 at mile marker 57.4 in Taylor Township.
His vehicle exited the east berm, proceeded across the grass median up an embankment, became airborne and landed on top of the guide rail along the west berm of the northbound lane. He had unknown injuries and was wearing a seat belt.
The investigation is ongoing.
On Friday at 11:40 a.m., a known 19-year-old Philipsburg man was found to be in possession of a multicolored glass pipe used for smoking marijuana on state Route 53 near Water Street in Philipsburg Borough.
