Judge Ammerman presides at recent session of revocation court

Clearfield County President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman presided over a session of revocation court Feb. 10.
• Roy I. Bumbarger, 43, Clear-field County Jail, had his probation revoked. On a charge of simple assault, he was resentenced to serve 60 days to two years in the Western Diagnostic Classifi-cation Center, Pittsburgh. Bum-barger violated his probation by failing to refrain from the use of alcohol, and through the commission of a new criminal offense. He was arrested for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness as well as violating his protection from abuse order.
• Robert L. Shoffner, 32, Os-ceola Mills, had his sentence vacated from October 2007 under Commonwealth vs. Basinger upon the recommendation of the commonwealth. On a charge of theft by unlawful taking, he was resentenced to pay a $200 fine, serve 30 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation, refrain from the use of controlled substances and alcohol, attend counseling as recommended by his probation officer, not enter Philipsburg True Value and pay restitution.
• Jason A. Moore, 33, 102 Bor-ger Road, Moshannon, had his probation revoked. On a charge of theft by deception, he was resentenced to serve six months to one year in CCJ in addition to three years' consecutive probation. Moore violated his probation by failing to refrain from the use of alcohol.
• Robert L. Miller Jr., 42, 117 Smith St., Clearfield, had his probation revoked. On a charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, specifically marijuana, he was resentenced to serve six months to two years in the Western Diagnostic Classifi-cation Center. Miller violated his probation by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically oxycodone.
• Derk A. Anderson, 30, 322 Rose Road, Grampian, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 42 days before being considered for reparole. Anderson violated his parole by failing to report to his parole officer. He was on parole on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance.
• Destiney D. Bloom, 30, 722 Clara St., Houtzdale, was ordered detained pending disposition of new charges. She was arrested by Decatur Township police as a Megan's Law violator for failing to verify address or photograph as required. She is on probation on charges of burglary and statutory sexual assault.
• Christopher A. Centra, 30, 485 E. 10th St., Clearfield, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 45 days before being considered for reparole. Centra violated his parole by failing to report to his parole officer and complete drug and alcohol counseling. He was on parole on a charge of acquisition of a controlled substance.
• Andrew Golemboski, 30, 39 Troy Hill Road, Philipsburg, had his probation revoked. On a charge of driving under the influence, he was resentenced to serve 30 days to one year in CCJ in addition to two years' consecutive probation. Golemboski violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer and by entering a bar or place that serves alcohol.
• Kayla R. Wells, 24, 128½ Robinson St., DuBois, had her parole revoked and street time taken. She is to serve 24 days before being considered for reparole. Wells violated her parole by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically Ecstasy and suboxone. She was on parole on a charge of theft by unlawful taking.
• Todd E. Moore, 23, 6½ S. Main St., DuBois, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 20 days before being considered for reparole. Moore violated his parole by failing to comply with all laws, report to his parole officer and refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically heroin. Moore was on parole on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, specifically oxycodone.
• Mackenzie M. Decarlo, 20, 116 E. Washington Ave., DuBois, had her parole revoked and street time taken. She is to serve 15 days before being considered for reparole. Decarlo violated her parole by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances and alcohol and report to her probation officer, and through the commission of a new criminal offense. She was arrested in Indiana County for simple assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct. Decarlo was on parole on a charge of prostitution.
• Christopher J. Handte, 24, CCJ, had his probation revoked. On a charge of theft by unlawful taking, he was resentenced to serve 12 months to three years in the Western Diagnostic Classifi-cation Center. Handte violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer, refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically heroin, and comply with all laws. He was arrested in Westmoreland County for escape, flight to avoid apprehension and recklessly endangering another person.
• Brian Amrhein, 43, 108 Sim-pson Ave., DuBois, was ordered detained pending his preliminary hearing. He was arrested for retail theft and will be rescheduled after his preliminary hearing. Amrhein is on parole on a charge of corruption of minors.
• Brandon P. Coder, 25, 502 S. State St., DuBois, had his probation revoked. On a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, he was resentenced to serve 120 days to one year in CCJ. Coder violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer.
• Michael A. Gavlock, 20, 59 Ash Lane, Frenchville, had his probation revoked. On a charge of receiving stolen property, he was resentenced to serve 15 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation. Gavlock violated his probation by failing to comply with all laws and report to his probation officer. He was arrested by the Pennsylvania State Police for theft by unlawful taking and related charges.
• Shanna L. Carlson, 18, 327 E. Market St., Clearfield, had her parole revoked and street time taken. She is to serve 15 days before being considered for reparole. Carlson violated her parole by failing to refrain from overt behavior. She was on parole on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Ashley Mick, 26, 70 Pry Ave., Glen Richey, had her probation revoked. On a charge of recklessly endangering another person, she was resentenced to serve two years' probation. Effective with the month of March, she is to maintain a $35 monthly payment. Mick violated her probation by failing to maintain her monthly payment.
• Laura B. Sherwood, 32, 1001 E. Main St., Reynoldsville, had her probation revoked. On a charge of retail theft, she was resentenced to serve three days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation. Sherwood violated her probation by failing to comply with all laws. She was arrested for retail theft in March 2013.
• Carl D. Perrin, 51, 87 Perrin Drive, Falls Creek, had his probation revoked. On a charge of DUI, he was resentenced to serve 10 to 30 days in CCJ in addition to three years' consecutive probation. Perrin violated his probation by failing to maintain his monthly payment. Effective with the month of March, he is to maintain a $30 monthly payment.
• Lori A. Swatsworth, 46, 168 High St., Woodland, was continued on probation on the condition she pay all money owed on her fines and costs within 35 days of receiving her income tax return. She is on probation on charges of retail theft and forgery.
• Christine M. Poore, 34, and Jason E. Poore, 31, 670 Penn St., West Hazelton, were continued on probation/parole on the condition that effective with the month of February, they maintain a $35 monthly payment and pay all arrearages within 45 days. She is on probation on a charge of retail theft, and he is on parole on charges of simple assault and prohibited offensive weapon.
The following people were before the court and charged with contempt of court for failing to maintain their monthly payments:
• Valerie Jo Brady, 34, 622 Anderson St., Curwensville, was found in contempt of court and received a 15-day suspended sentence. Effective with the month of March, she is to maintain a $50 monthly payment.
• Arthur O. Korb, 35, 527 Gross Road, Woodland, was ordered to pay $50 a month effective with the month of March.
• Amy I. Krause, 34, 500 E. Market St., Clearfield, was ordered to pay $35 a month effective with the month of March.
• Michele L. Luzier, 26, 3148 Egypt Road, Woodland, was ordered to pay $35 a month effective with the month of March.
• Corey A. McGuire, 24, 318½ Rich St., Clearfield, was ordered to pay $40 a month effective with the month of March.
• Michael R. Roush, 29, 9451 Edinboro Road, McKean, was ordered to pay $45 a month effective with the month of March. In addition, he is to complete 10 hours of community service.
• Joshua E. Burnside, 26, 27 Phillips Creek Road, DuBois, was ordered to pay $50 a month effective with the month of March.
• Hugh D. Murphy, 55, 335 Ohio St., Reynoldsville, was ordered to pay $50 a month effective with the month of February.
The following cases were continued:
• Brett A. Moore, 25, 207 W. DuBois Ave., DuBois, charged with violation of probation for failing to report to his probation officer, and failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances.
• Matthew Wilsoncroft, 30, 629 Elm Ave., Clearfield, charged with violation of probation for failing to report to his probation officer and refrain from the use of controlled substances.
• Jessica Ann Clark, 33, 201 E. Weber Ave., DuBois, charged with violation of probation for failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances.
• Kimberly M. Clark, 37, 26 Circle Road, DuBois, charged with violation of probation for failing to report to her probation officer.
Bench warrants were issued for the following people for failing to report for court:
• Kris J. Nevling, 36, 518 Fil-bert St., Curwensville, charged with violation of probation for failing to report to his probation officer.
• Jeremiah I. Wisor, 24, 1027 Park Ave., Clearfield, charged with violation of probation for failing to report to his probation officer.
• Ronald G. Knepp, 21, 1703 Lawrence Ave., Hyde, charged with violation of parole for failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances.
The following people were charged with contempt of court for failing to maintain their monthly payment:
• Thomas M. Bash, 29, 1 Bristol Road, Cleveland.
• Harry G. Brown, 51, 179 Progress Drive, Waynesburg.
• Charles J. Lese, 53, 221 Nichols St., Clearfield.
• Tracey L. McGonigal, 37, 815 W. Fourth St., Williamsport.
