State police at Clearfield
Nine individuals were cited for underage drinking after police found them consuming alcohol on Bumbarger Drive in Covington Township Saturday at 12:30 a.m. Police cited three 20-year-old Clearfield men, a 20-year-old Glen Richey man, two 19-year-old Clearfield women, a 19-year-old Frenchville man, an 18-year-old Clearfield man and a 17-year-old Clearfield girl.

The investigation continues in an incident of burglary, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief in Bradford Township Monday at approximately 2 a.m. A known 15-year-old Bigler boy entered Wallace Transport, stole a few sets of keys and a blue truck tractor, drove it from Peterbuilt Lane to Shiloh Road and crashed it in the yards of two Woodland residents.

The investigation continues after a 6-year-old boy who was reportedly running down the street at Park Avenue and Milford Street was taken into protective custody and placed with Clearfield County Children and Youth Services.
