State police at Philipsburg
A woman in her mid-50s who had suffered minor injuries was found lying on a sidewalk on Walton Street in Chester Hill Friday between 8-8:45 p.m. She was transported to a medical facility for treatment. Troopers ask anyone with information to call 342-3370.

Robert "Red" Hoffman of Philipsburg, who was reported missing yesterday, was located last night.

State police at Clearfield
Someone pumped 11.8 gallons of gasoline into a vehicle at Ike's Gas Station on Rolling Stone Road in Cooper Township Saturday at 4:52 p.m. and left without paying. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 857-38000.

Troopers are seeking more information after someone threw eggs at a Dinky Road residence in Chester Hill, Decatur Township, between 11:30 p.m. Saturday and 6:30 p.m. yesterday.

The 18-year-old Houtzdale man who had a firearm at the Rails to Trails in the Ida Street area, Houtzdale Borough, fled into a wooded area when police arrived, but was later located. He had gotten rid of the firearm and it was recovered and is being held at the police barracks. The man was under the influence of drugs and placed in Clearfield County Jail.

Officers assisted emergency medical services with a Reed Street woman who threatened to harm herself, but she was found to be OK.

Suspicious vehicles were reported at the Clearfield Driving Park, where one man who was found to have an active warrant from Lawrence Township police was taken into custody.

Lawrence Township
The investigation continues after a man reportedly entered a local business and threatened an employee.

The mother and child involved in a domestic disturbance separated for the evening.

Officers assisted Clearfield Borough police with a disorderly woman, who fled prior to their arrival.

Police responded to a psychological emergency on Leonard Street.

A theft was reported at a garage in Kerr Addition, where minors were involved and the alleged victim did not want to press charges. Officers spoke with the children and parents and cleared without further incident.

The investigation continues in theft and drug violations.

Officers are investigating a hit-and-run accident on Old Erie Pike in which a gray/silver car struck a mailbox and fled.

Seven horses escaped from a paddock on Old Erie Pike, and police, with the assistance of neighbors and a passing motorist, were able to corral them.

Individuals trespassing at Lawrence Township Recreation Park were gone when police arrived.

Officers, assisted by Clearfield Borough police, served an arrest warrant.

Officers assisted Clearfield Borough police with a traffic stop involving drug paraphernalia.

Vehicles reportedly racing and being driven recklessly on Rockton Mountain Highway could not be located. Police stayed on the scene to monitor traffic and made one traffic stop.
A description of one of the cars and a driver was obtained and the investigation continues.

Police are attempting to locate a man who has been missing since midnight Friday, conducted a search and have requested all other departments in the area to be on the lookout.

Officers assisted a local agency with drug-related charges against a man.

State police at Punxsy
The investigation continues after two Mahaffey women became engaged in a physical altercation at the Mahaffey Playground in Mahaffey Borough yesterday.

Minor injuries were reported following a three-vehicle accident on Punkin Ridge Road near North Camp Road in Chest Township Saturday at 5:25 p.m. Leroy Brink of Irvona was traveling south, his vehicle struck the back of a vehicle driven by Timothy Lynn of Irvona, causing it to strike the back of a vehicle driven by Richard Kephart of LaJose. Brink, who was wearing a seat belt, and Lynn who was not, suffered minor injuries. Kephart was not injured.
Westover Fire Department and IVAS Ambulance assisted police.

State police at DuBois
Ray Himes Jr. of Penfield reported someone stole a Honda generator and wastewater pump, valued at $400, from his carport along Horsehoe Drive in Huston Township Saturday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 371-4652.

DuBois City
Police were unable to locate anyone following a report of a fight in the Washington Avenue and South Brady Street area Saturday.

The investigation continues in a report of a man attempting to lure a child into a vehicle Saturday. An 11-year-old boy said he was walking on Juniata Street when a white cargo-style van with no windows or visible markings pulled up beside him. An older white man with a thin black beard and wearing a ball cap and sunglasses told the boy to get in the van and help him look for a lost dog. The boy ran home and told his father who reported it to police.

A fight was reported on the first block of East Long Avenue Saturday, where police found two men arguing over money, but no physical altercation. They were advised to handle the situation in a civil manner.

Yesterday, a domestic dispute along Reed Street between a man and woman over a cell phone was reported.

A domestic disturbance between a DuBois woman, her son and niece was reported in the first block of Arminta Street yesterday, where several items me were broken, but no arrests were made.

The state police were contact about a stolen vehicle in the 100 block of Quarry Avenue yesterday, as it was taken from its jurisdiction.

No injuries were reported in a three-vehicle accident in the 100 block of West Scribner Avenue yesterday. A DuBois man was traveling west, received a text on his phone, looked down, and his vehicle drifted to the right and struck two parked cars.

A Grampian man who was cited for disorderly conduct for an incident in the Maxwell Street area Friday was released to a responsible party.

A suspicious vehicle reported at Goodman's Foodliner was a store employee.

Morris-Cooper Regional
Winburne Fire Co. reported someone shot the garage bay doors with paintballs. Anyone who witnessed the incident or has information is asked to contact police at 765-1533.

An Allport resident reported the theft of a diamond ring from a known individual, which was recovered and returned, but the owner did not want to press charges.

The investigation continues after a Grassflat resident reported an incident of trespassing by a known person, who police attempted to contact but the person wasn't home.

Police are seeking more information after someone shot out the passenger-side headlight lens on a Cooper Township resident's vehicle while it was parked in their driveway.

Winburne Fire Co. was assisted by police with an outside fire in Lanse.

Following a report that a Lanse resident was assaulted by a known individual, it was learned both were fighting.

A motorist traveling on Morrisdale-Allport Highway reported a traffic hazard in which a tie-down strap on a tractor-trailer traveling south was swinging from the passenger side. It reportedly struck signs and wrapped around the trailer axles. Police stopped it and advised the driver of the situation.

Following a reported drug violation in Winburne, police spoke to the person and searched the residence and vehicle, but nothing was found.

The suspicious vehicle that a Winburne resident reported was being driven without the headlights on could not be located. Police ask anyone with information to contact them.
