Sandusky interviewed on "Today"
Monday, March 25, 2013
Editor's note: Convicted pedophile Jerry Sandusky's comments made during interviews with documentary filmmaker John Ziegler were broadcast this morning on NBC's "Today" show.
However, out of respect for the victims, The Progress is choosing not to run the story.
The Progress will continue to carry court stories pertaining to Sandusky as his case goes through the appeals process, as well as stories on former Penn State administrators Graham Spanier, Tim Curley and Gary Schultz, who face several charges including perjury, child endangerment, obstruction of justice and failure to report.
Sandusky, 69, is serving a 30- to 60-year prison sentence after being convicted last year of 45 counts of child sexual abuse.
