State police at Clearfield
The owner of a set of keys found along state Route 879 in the Frenchville area of Covington Township yesterday morning should come to the police station.

No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident Wednesday at 9:25 a.m. in Knox Township when Michelle McLaughlin of Curwensville was traveling north on SR 453. She lost control of her vehicle on the icy roadway, it traveled off the road onto the west shoulder for approximately 185 feet, back onto the road, and off the east shoulder where. It struck a tree stump, traveled approximately 45 feet counterclockwise and came to rest off the east shoulder facing west.

An Osceola Mills man was charged with public drunkenness after he allegedly caused a disturbance Wednesday at approximately 11:55 p.m. outside of a Gertrude Street residence in Chester Hill. He was located and found to be highly intoxicated. The man was placed in Clearfield County Jail, where a detainer was placed on him due to being on probation.
