New accounting office opens in Philipsburg

PHILIPSBURG - A new finance/accounting office in town is ready to serve the people of Philipsburg and surrounding areas. Iron Furnace is located at 203 N. Front St., Suite 216, Philipsburg; look for the logo in the windows.
Matt Foster, certified public accountant, is the owner of the business, which started in March 2010 when he created the finance/accounting division in October 2012.
Iron Furnace is a full-service CPA firm with services including personal tax returns, business tax returns, nonprofit tax returns, financial statement compilations, reviews and audits, personal and business budgeting and tax planning.
Business hours are beginning now through April 15: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Wednesdays and Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments can be made for after hours by calling 342-7000.
