K of C sponsoring annual free throw contest

The Clearfield Knights of Columbus Council No. 409 will sponsor its annual free throw competition Jan. 13 in Glenn Hall at the St. Francis School.
This competition is for all area girls and boys ages 10-14 as of Jan. 1. Winners of this event will advance to the district competition in Houtzdale.
Coordinators for this event are Pat Pallo, Bruce Nicklas and Beverly Nicklas.
Registration will begin at 1 p.m. at the St. Francis School gymnasium; a parent needs to be present to sign the entry form and proof of age must be available.
