PennDOT notes roadwork slated for next week Saturday, November 17, 2012 The state Department of Transportation Clearfield County Maintenance announces the following work scheduled for next week, weather permitting. Motorists should travel with extra caution in these and all work areas. Due to the nature of highway maintenance and emergency work, crews could be working on any highway at any time of the day or night. Brushing: state Route 3014, Patchinville; SR 453, Houtzdale; SR 729, Glen Hope; SR 729, Bells Landing; Interstate 80, Clearfield to Kylertown and westbound; SR 1018, Pottersdale. Drainage improvements: SR 3011, Walltown Road, Grampian; SR 4005, Greenville Pike, Grampian. Roadway delineation: U.S. Route 322, Behringer Highway, DuBois; SR 4014, Oklahoma Salem Road, DuBois. Tree trimming: SR 1006, Mount Joy Road, Clearfield; SR 8719, Clearfield bypass, Clearfield. Guide rail installation: SR 2041, Bailey Settlement Road. Shoulder improvement: I-80 westbound mile marker 107-109. Manual patching: SR 153, Crooked Sewer. The following work is scheduled to be completed by a contractor, weather permitting: Bruce & Merrilees Electric Co. I-80: various townships, continue trenching for power and communications wire, drilling and pouring foundations.
