ALLEGHENY TOWNSHIP - State police at Ebensburg report a fatal accident took place Oct. 19 at 10:55 p.m. in Allegheny Township on Syberton Road at Lincoln Road.
Ronald Buck, 65, of Gallitzin was operating an all-terrain vehicle on Syberton Road and attempted to turn onto Lincoln Road when it overturned and he was thrown off.
He was not wearing a helmet and suffered a moderate head injury and was transported to Altoona Regional Health System via Cresson Area Ambulance Service. Buck died five days later from injuries suffered in the crash.
