State police at Clearfield
In an incident of harassment, someone placed an annoying note on a Lewis Lane residence in Curwensville between 9 p.m. Saturday and 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
The investigation continues in an aggravated assault incident yesterday at 2:42 p.m. at the State Correctional Institution at Houtzdale infirmary. An inmate allegedly threw cups of an unknown liquid through cracks in his cell door, striking a registered nurse in the chest and left arm.

Clearfield Boro
Officers assisted with a disabled vehicle at Martin and Park streets.
The investigation continues in an attempted burglary at a North Third Street business.
Police assisted Clearfield County Juvenile Probation at a Park Avenue residence, where a woman, who was advised she was not permitted on the property, as it violated another's condition of probation, left without any problems.
Charges were filed against a Clearfield man for receiving stolen property after he was found to be in possession of a compound bow stolen from a vehicle on Witmer Street in September.
Charges were filed against at Clearfield man for arson, theft of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief after he stole a vehicle, valued at approximately $4,000, parked on Dorey Street Sept. 5 and burned it on 21st Street in Lawrence Township Sept. 9. He was incarcerated in Clearfield County Jail on a probation violation.
The investigation continues after officers received a complaint of a female being harassed by a known male in the 300 block of Turnpike Avenue.
Officers investigated a burglary at a Bigler Avenue business.

Lawrence Township
Officers participated in a Clearfield County Emergency Management drill at Clearfield County Career and Technology Center in which several mock gunmen took over the school. The drill was a success and allowed professionals to train and hone their skills. Clearfield Borough police, DuBois City police, Sandy Township police, Curwensville Borough police, Morris-Cooper Regional police, Clearfield Emergency Medical Services and area fire companies participated.
The investigation continues in the theft of a Garmin Global Positioning System and prescription pills from a vehicle parked on Wrigley Street between 9 p.m. Sunday and 8 a.m. Monday.

A resident who called in regard to ownership of a trailer in Hyde was advised to obtain legal counsel to handle the civil matter.
Following an act of criminal mischief at Crown Crest Cemetery, officers met with Curwensville Borough police and the cemetery's owner to locate an individual who fled and the person was taken into custody.
The investigation continues after police received new information in regard to a burglary that occurred last October, and new interviews have been scheduled.
Police checked the Long Meadow area after a suspicious individual was reported there, but were unable to locate anyone.
A vehicle description was obtained in an illegal dumping incident along state Route 879, and the investigation continues.
Those involved in a harassment and disorderly conduct incident at an area business were advised to cease contact.
Police were unable to locate a suspicious man who was reportedly searching through garbage.
A small piece of metal that caused a traffic hazard was removed from a roadway.
Someone reported a possible phone scam.
In an incident of disorderly conduct at Clearfield Mall, two individuals yelled at each other in the mall and the parking lot.
Individuals involved in an alleged trespassing and possible criminal mischief incident were located, but they were engaging in lawful activities.

Sandy Township
The investigation continues after a Treasure Lake woman reported her medication was missing and thought someone took it while she was in the process of moving from Clearfield.
On Friday, officers handled a situation in which a Treasure Lake woman reported being harassed via text message by a known Clearfield woman.
A Galeton woman reported her keys were stolen at the DuBois Mall Friday.
Treasure Lake Security reported someone cut the lock on the gate at Hungry Hollow Road Saturday.
Someone reportedly threw eggs at a Treasure Lake woman's house Saturday.
Hanes Drive residents reported their neighbor was harassing them.
The investigation continues after a Hungry Hollow woman reported an unknown man in a blue Ford Explorer has been driving by her house, parking across the street and watching her.
On Saturday, a 16-year-old DuBois girl's vehicle struck and severely damaged the card reader at the back gate of Treasure Lake while attempting to swipe her card.
Snappy's employees reported a woman reached over the counter and took a $20 lottery ticket.
The investigation continues.

State police at Philipsburg
Charges were filed against an Altoona man following an accident Sunday on Skytop Mountain in Worth Township, Centre County, when he was traveling downhill. He negotiated a left curve on the entrance ramp to Old Route 220 at an unsafe speed and his vehicle swiped the guide rail for approximately 150 feet. The driver pulled the vehicle off the road and fled the scene.

State police at Rockview
The investigation continues in a simple assault incident Sunday in which two female inmates at Centre County Correctional Facility became involved in a verbal altercation in the day room.
One woman threw a cup of hot coffee on the other woman, causing injury to her shoulder and arm.
Troopers are investigating an assault incident that occurred yesterday at the State Correctional Institution at Rockview. A corrections officer reportedly grabbed an inmate's hand, making him touch the man inappropriately.
