Golden Broom Award

Genia's Hairstyling has received the Golden Broom Award, a peer-to-peer program initiated by the Clearfield Revitalization Corp. to promote storefront and sidewalk cleanliness. The broom was presented by Gardner's Candies, which previously won the award. Patty Moyer of Gardner's Candies said, "We chose Genia's Hairstyling for the Golden Broom Award because she has done such a tremendous job with the landscape of her property." Owner Genia Tkacik has maximized the front of her building space and has it decorated with cornstalks, mums and many fall decorations.
