Cherry presides at revocation court

Clearfield County Judge Paul E. Cherry presided over a session of revocation court June 18.
• Shalynn Chesnoka, 24, Clearfield County Jail, had her parole revoked and street time taken. She is to serve six months before being considered for reparole. She violated her parole by failing to comply with all charges, failing to report to her probation officer, and failing to refrain from the use of a controlled substance, specifically cocaine. She was on parole on a charge of theft by deception.
• Stevion E. Sharp, 24, CCJ, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve the remaining period of his 12-month sentence. He was on parole on a charge of criminal attempt/theft by unlawful taking. Sharp violated his parole by failing to report to his probation officer and failing to maintain his monthly payment..
• Stephanie V. Wright, 25, CCJ, had her probation revoked. On a charge of endangering the welfare of children, she was resentenced to serve two years' probation. She had been incarcerated since May 23. Wright violated her probation by failing to report to her probation officer, failing to comply with all laws and failing to maintain her monthly payment. She was arrested for false identification to law enforcement.
• Zane P. Webster, 26, CCJ, had his parole revoked. He is to serve six months before being considered for reparole. He was on parole on a charge of simple assault. Webster violated his parole by failing to report to his probation officer and failing to maintain his monthly payment.
• Joshua Quigley, 33, CCJ, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 90 days before being considered for reparole. He was on parole on a charge of DUI. Quigley violated his parole by failing to refrain from the use of alcohol, and by entering an establishment that sells alcohol.
• Jason D. Shive, 32, CCJ, had his probation revoked. On a charge of simple assault, he was resentenced to serve 45 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one year consecutive probation. He violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer, failing to refrain from the use of alcohol, and by entering an establishment that serves alcohol.
• Denny Daub, 24, CCJ, had his probation revoked. On a charge of retail theft, he was sentenced to serve 120 days to one year in CCJ in addition to two years' consecutive probation. Daub violated his probation by failing to comply with all laws, failing to refrain from the use of alcohol and a controlled substance, specifically suboxone, failing to report to his probation officer and failing to maintain his monthly payment. He was arrested for disorderly conduct by Curwensville Borough police.
• Walter Vega, 23, CCJ, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 90 days before being considered for reparole. He was on parole on a charge of simple assault. Vega violated his parole by failing to comply with all laws, failing to report to his parole officer and failing to maintain his monthly payment. He was arrested for disorderly conduct by Brookville police.
• Darin Swanson, 32, CCJ, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 90 days before being considered for reparole. He was on parole on a charge of illegal use of solvents. Swanson violated his parole by failing to comply with all laws. He was arrested by Lawrence Township police for illegal use of solvents.
• Brian D. Swatsworth, 36, 1295 Curwensville-Grampian Highway, Grampian, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. He is to maintain a monthly payment of $40. effective with the month of July.
• Mark J. Hackett, 24, Mineral Springs, was found in contempt of court and received a six-month suspended sentence. He was to maintain a monthly payment of $35 effective with the month of June.
The following people were scheduled for court and failed to appear. As a result, a bench warrant was issued. They were all charged with violation of probation/parole for failing to maintain their monthly payments.
• Robert H. Stoliker, 39, 331 Geary Road, Spring Mills, also charged with violation of parole for failing to report to his probation officer.
• Larry Rubly, 39, 202 Brown St., Clearfield.
• Chad Schwartz, 40, 502 E. Market St., Clearfield, also charged with violation of probation for failing to report to his probation officer.
• Jonathon W. Allshouse, 29, 153 Captains Lane, Patton.
• David W. Anthony, 46, 243 Williams St., DuBois.
• Christina Barnhart, 44, 313 E. Bishop St., Bellefonte.
• David M. Crowell, 29, 3925 N. Ridge Road, Ashtabula, Ohio.
• Joshua A. Phillips, 26, 111 E. Centre St., Shenadoah.
• John J. Placer, 66, 2793 Morrisdale-Allport Highway, Philipsburg
• Michael J. Pulchtopek, 31, 23A W. Scribner Ave., DuBois.
