State police at Clearfield Sometime between 3 p.m. Wednesday and 11 a.m. Thursday someone put human feces on the seat of a Kubota tractor owned by a 73-year-old Frenchville man while it was parked on private property along Gormont Drive in Covington Township. Anyone who may have information on the incident is asked to call the police at 857-3800. --- Sometime between 1 a.m. and 11 a.m. yesterday someone damaged a driver's side mirror on a vehicle owned by Stephanie L. Cusick while it was parked at Hill Crest Commons in Chester Hill Borough. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call the police. Damage is approximately $150. --- Sometime between 9:30 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. Thursday someone entered an unlocked shed on the Randy Lee Rutter property at 58 Burge St., Decatur Township. Once inside they removed the following items: three 100-foot yellow extension cords, valued at $390; one 50-foot yellow extension cord, valued at $87; two 25-foot orange extension cords, valued at $60; a five-gallon plastic gas can, half full of gasoline, valued at $20; a light blue backpack, with various hunting items, valued at $30; three rachet straps, valued at $10, and two locks valued at $10. Anyone who may have information on this theft is asked to call the police. --- A 35-year-old Woodland man is being investigated for an alleged indecent assault of two Woodland boys, ages 7 and 10, that occurred between June 1-26. Clearfield County Youth and Family Services is assisting in the investigation. --- Someone used a sharp instrument to scratch the door of a 2000 Chrysler Sebring owned by Mary Pritchard of Philipsburg, while it was parked at the Hill Crest Commons parking lot in Chester Hill Borough Thursday between 9:30 a.m. and noon. Estimated damage is $300. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police.
Sandy Township Officers received a report from a tow company that they were asked to tow a vehicle that appeared to have been in an accident. Upon speaking to witnesses, officers found the vehicle owned by a 23-year-old Sykesville woman had crashed near Hanzely's Nursery, and was driven into their parking lot by a man who told them not to call police. The investigation continues. --- A 26-year-old Grampian woman reported that a 62-year-old woman opened her car door in the Joann Fabrics parking lot and hit the mirror of her car, causing minor damage. --- A 23-year-old DuBois woman reported that she was receiving harassing text messages from a known 27-year-old DuBois woman. --- A DuBois man reported he was being harassed by a Florida man who purchased something from him on Ebay, and refused to pay for it. --- A 41-year-old DuBois woman reported that someone called her place of employment and falsely reported that she had been convicted of various crimes, causing her to be suspended. She suspected it may be related to a custody dispute with her son's father. --- A West Long Avenue resident reported being harassed by her 33-year-old estranged boyfriend. Officers handled the situation without incident. --- Officers received a report of a Circle Road resident shooting off fireworks. Officers located and warned the offender.
