Judge Ammerman presides at recent revocation court session Monday, June 18, 2012 Clearfield County President Judge Fredric J. Ammerman presided over a session of revocation court June 11. • Robert J. Milhomme, 25, Clearfield County Jail, had his probation revoked. On a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, specifically marijuana, he was resentenced to serve 10 months to two years in the Western Diagnostic Classifica-tion Center, Pittsburgh. He violated his probation by failing to refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically cocaine and Ritalin, and by entering an establishment that sells, provides or permits alcohol. • Ronald K. Glace Jr., 27, CCJ, had his probation revoked. On a charge of burglary, he was resentenced to serve nine months to two years in the Western Diagnostic Classifica-tion Center. He violated his probation by failing to report to his probation officer, report a change of address and comply with all laws. He pleaded guilty to two summary harassment offenses in Centre County. • Justin B. Troutman, 26, CCJ, was ordered detained pending his preliminary hearing. He was charged with driving under the influence by DuBois City police. He is on parole on a charge of fleeing or attempting to elude police. • Tyler R. Knepp, 22, CCJ, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 90 days before being considered for reparole. He violated his parole by failing to comply with all laws and maintain his monthly payment. He was arrested by Clearfield Borough police for loitering and prowling at night. He was on parole on a charge of theft by unlawful taking. • Christian Stroud-Chamber-lin, 19, state correctional institution, had his probation revoked. On a charge of retail theft, he was resentenced to serve four months to two years in the Western Diagnostic Classifica-tion Center consecutive to all charges presently being served. He violated his probation by failing to comply with all laws. He was arrested in Jefferson County on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance. • Clint Horm, 20, CCJ, was ordered detained pending disposition of new charges. In May, he was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamines, cocaine, crack cocaine and marijuana. • Roger McGonigal, 20, CCJ, had his parole revoked and street time taken. He is to serve 45 days before being considered for reparole. He violated his parole by failing to report to his probation officer and refrain from the use of a controlled substance, specifically xanax, methadone and marijuana. He was on parole on a charge of retail theft. • Stephanie Reams, 26, CCJ, had her probation revoked. On a charge of criminal mischief, she was resentenced to serve 45 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation. She violated her probation by failing to maintain her monthly payment and refrain from the use of alcohol. Effective with the month of her release, she is to maintain a $75 monthly payment. • Jollene Rabenstein, 32, CCJ, had her probation revoked. On a charge of retail theft, she was resentenced to serve 22 days to one year in CCJ in addition to one-year consecutive probation. In addition, she was on the accelerated rehabilitative disposition program on a charge of DUI. She was removed from the ARD program and her case will be placed on the trial list for further disposition. She violated the ARD program and probation by failing to maintain her monthly payment and refrain from the use of controlled substances, specifically cocaine and marijuana. • Apryl Knode, 23, CCJ, was before the court for resentencing upon the recommendation of the commonwealth under Commonwealth vs. Basinger. On a charge of access device fraud, she received a $25 fine and was ordered to serve 90 days to one year in CCJ in addition to two years' consecutive probation. On seven counts of access device fraud, she was placed on two years' concurrent probation on each count and received a $25 fine on each count. She is to refrain from the use of controlled substances, not enter bars or places that serve alcohol, attend counseling as recommended by her probation officer, not enter the property of Walmart and pay restitution. • Shanna L. Carlson, 26, 402 E. 20th St., Clearfield, was removed from the ARD program. She will be placed on the trial list for further disposition. Carlson was on the program on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. She violated the program by failing to comply with all laws, refrain from the use of a controlled substance, specifically marijuana, and refrain from overt behavior. She was arrested by Clearfield Borough police for aggravated assault and related charges. • John R. McGonigal III, 28, Karthaus, was removed from the ARD program. He will be placed on the trial list for further disposition. McGonigal was on the program on a charge of DUI. He violated the program by failing to complete the DUI School and report to his probation officer. McGonigal immediately pleaded guilty and was ordered to serve four days to six months in CCJ, received a $500 fine, is to refrain from the use and possession of alcohol and controlled substances, not enter bars or places that serve alcohol, complete the DUI School and a full drug and alcohol assessment, complete 30 hours of community service and immediately surrender his driver's license. The following people were scheduled for court for failing to maintain their monthly payments: • Shane L. Ellis, 25, 321 S. Jared St., DuBois, was ordered to pay $35 a month. • Ruth M. Everhart, 59, Altoona, had the remaining balance of her account discharged due to her being homeless and indigent and there being no reason to continue with collection efforts. • Edwin S. Graham, 47, 348 Main St., Bigler, was found in contempt of court and ordered to serve 60 days in CCJ. Effective with the month of his release, he is to maintain a $100 monthly payment. • Charles H. O'Dell, 70, 58 Bradford St., Curwensville, was ordered to pay $35 a month effective with the month of July. • Jessica A. Clark, 31, DuBois, was found in contempt of court and ordered to serve 30 days in CCJ. Effective with the month of her release, she is to maintain a $35 monthly payment. • Tony J. Giovannelli, 28, Mercer, was ordered to pay $100 a month effective with the month of June. • Brian D. Demi, 42, Clearfield, was found in contempt of court and received a 90-day suspended sentence. Within 60 days he shall pay all amount in full. • Benjamin Witherite, 32, Sykesville, was found in contempt of court and received a 90-day suspended sentence. Effective with the month of his release, he is to maintain a $35 monthly payment. • Christopher N. Clark, 30, 101 Spring St., Clearfield, was found in contempt of court and received a 45-day suspended sentence. By the end of June, he is to pay $500 and effective with the month of July, is to pay $75 a month. The following cases were continued: • Cory Hackett, 21, CCJ, charged with violation of probation for failing to report to his probation officer and maintain his monthly payment. • Vincent Hart, 22, CCJ, charged with violation of probation for failing to comply with all laws, obtain permission to leave the jurisdiction of the court and complete the Project Point of Light Program. • Steven W. Brown Jr., 21, CCJ, charged with violation of parole for failing to comply with all laws. Bench warrants were issued for the following people for failing to report for court. The first three were charged with violation of probation/parole for failing to report to their probation officer. • Gary D. Anderson, 40, 28 W. Scribner Ave., DuBois. • Kayla Rauch, 24, 4293 Sanborn Road, Houtzdale. • Amanda Reams, 23, 145 Larson Road, Curwensville. • Richard Hoover, 52, 18 Pumpkin Hollow Road, Houtzdale, charged with violation of probation for failing to refrain from the use of alcohol and refrain from the use of a controlled substance, specifically buprenorphine. The following people were charged with failing to maintain their monthly payments: • Charles L. Day, 50, 950 Main St., Brockway. • Travis J. Harris, 26, 253 Valley View Drive, Clearfield. • Amanda L. Mottern, 29, 809 Seventh Ave., Altoona. • Craig E. Nestor, 35, 2694 Wayne Road, Reynoldsville.
