Lawrence Township
Officers have a person of interest after they were called to Dorey Street Extension for a report of a man being disorderly.

A resident who inquired about a civil matter was referred to the magisterial district judge's office.

Police responded to a reported overdose along Park Avenue Extension.

Individuals exchanged property in a reported civil matter and police cleared the scene without incident.

Someone stole a license plate from a Carbon Mine Road resident.

Police handled a report of disorderly conduct at an area motel.
---
The suspicious vehicle reported at the Wolf Run traffic light was disabled and officers assisted the man with getting help.

Residents are reminded not to call or give personal information to unknown people following a reported phone scam. A man with an accent reportedly left a phone number for a resident to call the U.S. Postal Service.

Someone left a dog inside of a vehicle at 1800 Daisy St. Ext.

Officers located a suspicious man on Washington Avenue and transported him to his residence.

A suspicious man was located along South Second Street after a woman who was with him fled on foot. Police also found another woman who was hiding was wanted by the Clearfield County Sheriff's Department, and she was lodged in Clearfield County Jail on a warrant.

DuBois City
An Albert's Court man reported his wallet was stolen in May, and since then he learned his credit card was used at DuBois Mall and Mike's BiLo in Reynoldsville. Officers, along with Reynoldsville Borough and Sandy Township police, are investigating.

The theft and trespassing incident on Quarry Avenue was found to be a civil issue. Police were called back to the area later Wednesday after a man blocked a woman's vehicle in, and he was directed to move his vehicle.

A Pifer Street woman reported her next-door neighbor was harassing her by placing surveillance cameras around his home that were pointed at her house. Officers inspected the cameras and recording angle and determined there was no criminal act.

The owner of a vehicle parked in the middle of the intersection at South Church Street and East Washington Avenue Wednesday was directed to immediately remove his vehicle.

The group of men allegedly fighting outside a DuBois establishment reportedly left in two vehicles, one of which was located at a motel. Two men fled but were found, detained, cited for public drunkenness and released to friends. Sandy Township police assisted at the scene.

Yesterday, police were called to North Stockdale Street after someone attempted to call 911 in excess of 20 times, where they found a woman but there was not emergency. She reportedly tried to summon police to her residence, but there was a problem with her phone.

Numerous reports were received of a bear in the East Park Avenue and Highland Street areas; however, officers were unable to locate it.

Yesterday, a Sandy Township police officer witnessed a two-vehicle accident at North Brady Street and Scribner Avenue. A man failed to stop and his vehicle struck the back of a vehicle driven by a Punxsutawney woman, who was stopped for a red light.

Officers assisted state police at Indiana with locating two runaway girls. Troopers had information the girls were in DuBois, and they were located on West Long Avenue, taken into custody, transported to Punxsutawney and released to the state police.

Someone stole a license plate from a vehicle parked at DuBois Regional Medical Center West between 7 p.m. Wednesday and 3 p.m. yesterday.
