Fugitive surrenders

Clearfield County District Attorney William A. Shaw Jr. has announced the capture of a wanted fugitive, Willie Ray Hockenberry, 23, of Grassflat.
Hockenberry was added to the Clearfield County Fugitive of the Week list April 23.
He is charged with three counts of receiving stolen property and three counts of theft from a motor vehicle.
Hockenberry voluntarily surrendered himself to deputies from the Clearfield County Sheriff's Office on Monday.
