Clearfield Crimestoppers hold reorganization meeting

The Clearfield County Crimestoppers held its reorganizational meeting yesterday morning at the 911 Center in Clearfield. Tom Aaron was reelected president, Chris Davis, vice president; Linda Starr, treasurer; and Brian Witherow, secretary.
Crimestoppers advisor Trooper Bruce Morris gave a report on upcoming Neighborhood Watch activities. He said there are several Neigborhood Crime Watch programs in the county and said he will be attending a meeting in Coalport on June 18 and the Grampian meeting June 28.
However, he said he has not heard from the Graham Township Neighborhood Watch program in several months.
Attending the meeting was Randy Weir, Aaron, Starr, Witherow and Morris. Davis and Crimestoppers advisor Clearfield County District Attorney William Shaw Jr. were unable to attend due to conflicts at work.
The next meeting will be on August 7 at 8 a.m. at the 911 Center.
