Clearfield YMCA Pool Sharks host Hollidaysburg

The Clearfield Community Pool Sharks were in action Saturday hosting Hollidaysburg.
Michael Spencer led all swimmers with four individual wins, as he claimed the 50 free, 200 IM, 50 fly and 50 back while competing in the 11- and 12-year-old division.
The Sharks also got three wins from Alex Coval (9-10), Paige Conrad (9-10) and Lauren Conrad (13-14).
Coval won the 50 free, 50 back and 50 breast, and Paige Conrad brought home first-place finishes in the 50 free, 50 fly and 100 free. Lauren Conrad won the 50 free, 100 free and 100 breast.
Paige Mikesell earned a pair of wins (200 IM, 50 back) in the 9 and 10-year-old division, while Wyatt Flanagan won twice (50 free, 100 free) in the 13- and 14-year-old division.
Jordan Mumma (200 free, 50 free) and Clairisse Peterson (50 free, 100 free) did the same in the 15 to 18 group.
Other individual winners included Luke Mikesell (8 and under) in the 50 free, Makeeli Redden (8 and under) in the 50 free and Chase Bietz (9-10) in the 50 fly.
In the 11-12 division, Jadon McDermott won the 100 free and Claire Mikesell won the 50 free, while Devan Sponsler (200 IM) and Jordan Lehman (100 fly) won events in the 13-14 group.
Kraig Peterson (200 IM), Tori Hallstrom (200 free), Rena Fisher (100 fly) and Clarissa Luzier (100 back) each earned victories in the 15-18 group.
Clearfield swept the relays in the 9-10s, as Coval, Harrison McMillen, Bietz and Tate Swanson won the 200 medley relay, and Noah Johnson, Jacob Smith, Keagan Hess and Swanson won the 200 free relay.
On the girls' side, Mikesell, Talitha Narehood, Paige Conrad and Sydney Coval picked up a win in the 200 medley relay, and Ashley Collins, Katrina Spencer, Lindsey Shaw and Brittany Shaw were first in the 200 free relay.
Lauren Conrad, Lehman, Kara Thorp and Krystal Wriglesworth earned the other win in relays for the Sharks, as they won the 200 free relay in the 13-14 division.
Clearfield is back in the pool Saturday at Juniata Valley. Results
