State police at Clearfield
On Sunday, a three-vehicle accident happened on Interstate 80 in Graham Township when traffic was backed up and a vehicle driven by Aaron Jalovec of New York stuck the back of a vehicle driven by Linda Kocher of New Jersey.
Kocher's vehicle then struck the back of a vehicle driven by Erin Confer of Morrisdale.
Confer suffered minor injuries, but no other injuries were reported.

Yesterday, a Frenchville man was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Patrick Ford on charges of simple assault and harassment after he allegedly choked a woman and punched and kicked her in the head.
He was placed in Clearfield County Jail in lieu of bail.

A camper owned by John Logan of Grampian was damaged Monday at the Chest Falls Campground in Greenwood Township. The fire started in the kitchen area and possibly originated at or near the refrigerator.
Damage was severe and the camper and everything in it was destroyed. Neighboring campers on either side also sustained minor damage.
Clearfield Boro
A Clearfield man was cited for public drunkenness when he was found parked against traffic in his vehicle along Nichols Street.
Lawrence Township
An act of harassment by communication was reported.

Officers could not locate an intoxicated man who was reportedly riding a bicycle in the Kerr Addition area.

A possible incident of driving under the influence was reported on state Route 879 near Target Square.
State police at DuBois
Following a traffic stop for multiple violations on I-80 near mile marker 88 yesterday, troopers discovered approximately $85,000 in U.S. currency in the vehicle.
They also found three hidden compartments in the vehicle, one of which contained the money, while the other two contained drug-packaging materials.
Police seized the currency and the vehicle. The investigation continues.
Sandy Township
On Monday, a Reynoldsville woman reported her vehicle was forced off of Wayne Road by a bright-colored vehicle.
Her vehicle struck an embankment, but no injuries were reported.

A Treasure Lake man was not injured Monday when his vehicle struck a deer on SR 255 and struck an embankment.

The investigation continues in the theft of approximately $1,000 in jewelry from a Wasson Avenue residence Monday.

On Tuesday, a Treasure Lake man swerved to miss a deer on Bay Road, lost control of his vehicle, it traveled into a ditch and came to rest on its side.
The driver left the scene before police arrived.

In an incident of illegal dumping, someone placed several large casings from aluminum wire and possibly copper wire in Allport.
Anyone with information is asked to call the police.
State police at Philipsburg
Charges were filed against a resident of Fleck Lane in Philipsburg Borough after an argument at 11:55 a.m. yesterday turned physical.
