State police at Clearfield
A Dillsburg man faces charges of trespassing after he hunted yesterday on private property off of state Route 2015 in Knox Township.

The investigation continues in the death of a Morrisdale man yesterday between 11:40 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
No suspicious circumstances exist.

Lawrence Township
An attempted theft of mail was reported.

The investigation continues following an accident at SR 879 and Park Avenue in which a vehicle driven by a Woodland man struck the guide rail. He reported a Toyota, possibly black, forced him off the road.

Police are investigating the report of a stolen dog.

Dogs have reportedly been running loose in the Plymptonville area.

A counterfeit $20 bill was reportedly passed at a South Second Street business.

Police served a warrant for a western New York police department on Michael Rodriguez Jr., the inmate who escaped from the county jail in September.
Rodriguez remains housed in Clearfield County Jail.

A two-vehicle accident happened at Washington Avenue and McPherson Street.
Hyde Volunteer Fire Co. assisted at the scene.

Officers checked a man who was found passed out in a vehicle near Target Square on SR 879 and determined he was part of a cleaning crew and was waiting to go to work.

A cell phone was reportedly stolen from a local business on SR 879.

A juvenile reported missing later returned home.

DuBois City
On Friday, a nurse at DuBois Regional Medical Center reported a rape victim did not wish to pursue charges or speak with police.

Someone entered a man's dump truck Friday, but did not take anything.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on Washington Avenue.

No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident Saturday on South Brady Street when one man reported another driver entered his lane of travel.

The investigation continues in an accident Saturday when a vehicle driven by Tabitha Rozyle of DuBois struck a pedestrian, Robert Clark of DuBois, at West Long Avenue and South Jared Street.
Upon arrival, police observed Clark lying on the ground, he was breathing, but unconscious. Clark was transported to DRMC, where he was then airlifted to another facility.

State police at Philipsburg
Troopers reported a 27-year-old Philipsburg man entered the Rebel Towing business office, located in the 200 block of Moshannon Street in Rush Township, Monday. He removed approximately $1,500 in cash from a folder inside the desk drawer.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 342-3370.

Someone broke the front door of National Furniture, 219 N. Front St., Philipsburg Borough, Monday. The person responsible, described as being between 5 feet, 6 inches, and 5 feet, 10 inches, tall with a medium build, removed two televisions.
The individual, who was wearing a green, hooded sweatshirt and light blue jeans, proceeded via the railroad tracks toward Peebles Plaza.
Troopers are seeking more information.

Two young white men are being sought in an act of criminal mischief Monday at approximately 11 a.m. They stopped along Old U.S. Route 220 in Union Township and fired three shots across a cemetery to kill a large buck in a fenced-in wildlife preserve.
They were driving a bright green Honda Element with black fenders and a black roof. One of the men was referred to as "Ashley," and both are from the York area hunting in State College/Snow Shoe area of Centre County.

State police at Rockview
Following a traffic stop on Interstate 80 eastbound in Snow Shoe Township Friday, troopers seized four marijuana cigarettes from a Cleveland man.

Police arrested a 42-year-old Port Matilda woman for driving under the influence Sunday after she was observed committing several traffic violations on Beckwith Road in Halfmoon Township.
