Election boards certify write-in votes

The Clearfield and Centre County Election Boards have now certified results from the Nov. 3 municipal election.
The following people received enough write-in votes to be declared the winner in a race. Notification is sent to the winners and they are given an opportunity to accept or decline.

Where someone has won more than one seat, they must decline one or both seats. They can't accept more than one elected position.
