State police at Clearfield
Today at 12:15 a.m., an incident of criminal trespass was reported when someone gained access to a Keystone Hill Road residence in Decatur Township, but nothing appeared to be missing.

On Sunday, a Houtzdale woman reportedly passed a bad check for $121.34 at Ken's Stop and Shop in Glen Hope.

Troopers arrested an Evans City man for driving under the influence Saturday after he lost control of his vehicle on Thompson Street in Curwensville and it struck a residence and a tree.

Two men were cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness following a mutual fight in the Panic area yesterday.

Someone stole a 1991 Jeep Cherokee from Chapman Auto Parts on U.S. Route 219 in Brady Township Sunday between 12:30-1 a.m.

Police responded to PNC Bank Friday after a customer became irate when the ATM machine took his card.

A DuBois man reported an older model dark red vehicle struck his vehicle at Oklahoma Elementary School Friday.

The investigation continues in a report of a man who exposed himself at Subway Friday.

A Brockport woman was charged with retail theft after Walmart employees caught her concealing items in her purse.

After receiving information that a Florida fugitive was in the area, police located Edward Respondeck Jr. at Eat ‘N Park, but he fled through the kitchen and out the back door, and then ran to a wooded area.
Following a pursuit, Respondeck was apprehended and transported to DuBois Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries he suffered while resisting arrest.
He was taken to Clearfield County Jail to await extradition.

State police at Philipsburg
On Friday at 5:15 p.m., an accident happened on U.S. 322 in Philipsburg Borough when a vehicle driven by Veronika K. Barrett of Philipsburg struck the back of a vehicle driven by Eric J. Shaw of West Decatur.
Barrett and her passenger, Johnathan W. Whitman of Philipsburg, and Shaw were uninjured and everyone was wearing their seat belts.

Between 8:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. yesterday, someone removed a 32-inch Sanyo television and a cable box, valued at $600, from the patio at Kim Verbeck's home on North Third Street in Philipsburg.
