State police at Clearfield
On Sept. 27 at 1:55 p.m., a two-vehicle accident occurred on Walltown Road in Penn Township when Jonathan Dotts of Clearfield was traveling west and was negotiating a curve and his vehicle traveled into the opposite lane. It collided head-on with a vehicle driven by Carl Nixon of Grampian, and both vehicles came to a rest in the eastbound lane.
Clearfield Emergency Medical Services transported Nixon and a passenger in Dotts' vehicle, Danielle Aughenbaugh of Grampian, to Clearfield Hospital.
Dotts suffered minor injuries, while a third passenger in Dotts' vehicle in a child safety seat was not injured.

Between Sunday night and yesterday morning, someone broke into Winburne Auto Repair on Main Street in Cooper Township and removed approximately $250 in cash and some candy.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 857-3800.

Lawrence Township
Police were called for a civil matter between two males involving personal property and a verbal agreement.

An act of criminal mischief, loitering, prowling and theft by unlawful taking was reported at C. Classic Dodge.

Summary warrants for traffic violations were served on a male currently housed in Brookville.

Police assisted EMS with an accidental overdose.

Charges of retail theft were filed against a local woman.

A young child reportedly outside and unattended in the Clark Street area was inside the home when police arrived.

Two suspicious vehicles were reported on Old Penfield Road, and police handled the incident at the scene.
