No charges were filed after a known person used a Brockway man's debit card at various locations in Brockway and Sandy Township without his permission.
The person responsible agreed to pay for the charges.

On Sunday, an accident happened on South Centre Street in Philipsburg when a vehicle struck the back of a vehicle slowing for traffic ahead and fled the scene prior to police arrival.
