State police at Clearfield
Between 10 p.m. Thursday and 7 a.m. Friday, someone punctured the tires on a Curwensville man's vehicle while it was parked at a residence in the 100 block of Fourth Avenue, Curwensville.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police at 857-3800.

Someone stole approximately $3,000 worth of jewelry from a jewelry box in a bedroom at a Curwensville woman's residence along Cherry Corners Road in Ferguson Township between Wednesday and Friday.
Police are seeking more information.

On Saturday at 8:50 p.m., individuals were reportedly throwing eggs at vehicles along state Route 53 near Country Convenience in Morris Township.

A Grampian woman was cited for harassment for slapping a Curwensville man in the face during an argument Saturday at 9 p.m.

During an argument along Curwensville-Tyrone Highway in Pike Township yesterday at 3 a.m., an Olanta man shoved and slapped an Olanta woman. He was cited for harassment.

Clearfield Boro

A construction cone removed from an area establishment was found in a yard along Dorey Street.

Police discovered a 911 hang-up call along Fourth Street was made accidentally.

Officers assisted a South Park resident who had locked their keys in their vehicle.

A local business reported receiving a bad check from a woman.

Minor injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident on Cemetery Road. The driver was taken to Clearfield Hospital.

Police received a parking complaint on East Locust Street, but the vehicle left prior to their arrival.

A suspicious vehicle was reported along River Road, but officers found everything to be OK.

Two men are being charged with entering a vehicle and removing a credit card. They then attempted to use the credit card at a local bank.

A 47-year-old man was arrested for public drunkenness and related offences for causing a disturbance at a local apartment complex.

Lawrence Township
An accident occurred on U.S. Route 322 near Paradise Road when a triaxle truck struck a defect in the pavement causing debris to fall onto a vehicle following it.
The truck driver was unaware of the incident and did not stop. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 765-1647.

State police at Punxsy

Keith and Robert Womeldorf of DuBois reported a burglary at a warehouse at 84 Womeldorf Lane, Pine Creek Township, during which someone entered through an unlocked side door.
A red Montgomery Ward push mower, a 2700 PSI pressure washer and scrap metal from inside a warehouse garage bay, all valued at approximately $425, were stolen.

Ruth Ann McGarvey of LaJose reported someone damaged the back window of her van between 12:30-9 a.m. yesterday while it was parked along Punkin Ridge Road.
Troopers are seeking more information.

Troopers conducted a driving under the influence roving patrol in Jefferson County and issued two traffic citations and seven warnings.

State police at DuBois
No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident Friday at 2:39 p.m. at SR 153 and township Road 527 in Huston Township when a Beech Creek man lost control of his vehicle while negotiating a left turn. It struck a ditch and a stop sign, causing the vehicle to overturn on its side and then back onto its wheels.
The driver was wearing his seat belt.

Amanda Stollenwert of Luthersburg reported the driver's-side window of her vehicle was broken Sept. 1 between 3-10:30 a.m. while it was parked on Coal Hill Road, Brady Township.

A known man allegedly kicked a DuBois woman in the stomach and kicked a tote out of her hands as she was moving her things out of a Georgino Lane Village residence in Penfield.
He also reportedly burned several articles of her clothing, valued at several hundred dollars.

Someone stole a battery, valued at $90, and cut the wires in a Brockway woman's vehicle along U.S. 219 near Satterlee's Gas Station in Snyder Township between 6 p.m. Thursday and 8 p.m. Friday.

A two-vehicle accident occurred at 6:30 p.m. Friday on Interstate 80 at exit 78 near Brookville when Sudhir Menon of Dublin, Ohio, was unable to stop his vehicle on the wet roadway and it struck the back of a tractor-trailer driven by David Seymour Jr. of Clearfield, which was stopped at the stop sign on the eastbound ramp.
No one was injured and both drivers were wearing their seat belts.

Curwensville Boro
Someone gained access to the Pepsi machine in front of the Rescue Hose and Ladder Co. fire station and removed the money. Police reported the person gained access with a key.

State police at Philipsburg
Someone stole a racing-style Free Agent bicycle from Tammy Herman's residence in Osceola Mills between 8 p.m. Saturday and 7 a.m. yesterday.

Between 8 p.m. Saturday and 6:30 a.m. yesterday, someone drove a sport utility vehicle or smaller truck across the eighth green and the ninth fairway at the Philipsburg B.P.O. Elks Country Club in Rush Township.

Yesterday, police arrested a State College man for disorderly conduct and public intoxication after he was found passed out and naked in a car parked at the Uni-Mart near Cold Stream Dam in Philipsburg.

No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident near the 200 block of Julian Pike in Huston Township Saturday when Alycia Scott of DuBois lost control of her vehicle on the wet roadway. The vehicle left the roadway and struck a ditch on the western side.
Both Scott and her passenger were wearing seat belts.

Troopers responded to an Adams Street residence in Rush Township yesterday following a report of a minor scuffle at a party; however, those involved did not seek charges.

On Saturday, a Philipsburg woman was cited for harassment after she reportedly yelled obscenities at a 20-year-old woman who drove past.
The motorist informed police she has been the victim of this sort of harassment for approximately two months.

A 19-year-old Philipsburg woman is accused of embezzling cash from Weis Market in Philipsburg.
Police reported she methodically embezzled cash while performing her duties as a front-end employee and confessed after confronted on the recent shortages of cash appearing on the final receipts.
A total of $2,500 was reported stolen over the past few months.

No injuries were reported in a one-vehicle accident on SR 550 in Halfmoon Township Saturday when a vehicle driven by a Warriors Mark man left the roadway and struck two separate fences.
He was cited for driving under the influence and admitted to text messaging on his cell phone prior to the accident. He was wearing his seat belt.

State police at Rockview

Someone entered a Snow Shoe Township man's residence in the 100 block of Pancake Road Saturday and rummaged through various rooms.
