State police at Clearfield
A Hawk Run woman was injured yesterday in a two-vehicle accident that happened in the Peebles Plaza in Decatur Township.
Madeline Hajzak of Osceola Mills was entering the traffic way from the parking lot when she failed to see a vehicle driven by Nancy Rodger of Hawk Run. Ms. Hajzak pulled into traffic and struck the right side of the vehicle.
Both vehicles sustained minor damage. Lena Prestash of Hawk Run, a passenger in the Rodger vehicle, was transported to the Clearfield Hospital for treatment of injuries.

Yesterday, a Coalport man reported that someone threw gummy bear candy onto his vehicle while it was parked on Main Street. The victim also said someone chipped paint off his vehicle with an unknown object.
Damage is estimated at approximately $100. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

A Philipsburg woman reported that a man grabbed her and shoved her into a porch rail this morning between 12:01-1 a.m. when a verbal argument turned physical in Chester Hill.

The investigation continues into the theft of an Apple iPod that happened yesterday at a Bucket Line Road residence in Woodward Township.

Clearfield Boro
On Saturday, police responded to West Front Street for a report of a man with a gun. Upon arrival, officers learned that the weapon was wrestled away from the man. He was detained on the ground until police arrived.
During the investigation, police learned the weapon was loaded. The man was arrested on charges of aggravated assault and other related charges.

A minor accident was reported along Bridge Street and North Third Street.
Lawrence Township
Police served arrest warrants on two local individuals.

The investigation continues into an act of criminal trespass.

An act of harassment and traffic violations were reported.

Officers handled an incident involving several children who struck another child with pieces of PVC pipe.

Police are investigating a theft that happened during the weekend when an area man reported a hooded sweatshirt and coat were stolen from his vehicle.

The investigation continues into an incident of bad checks.

One woman was transported to the Clearfield Hospital following a psychological emergency.

A man reportedly threatened to harm himself in the Hyde area.

Police received reports of all-terrain vehicles being driven on the roadway in Hyde and made contact with one individual.

An act of disorderly conduct was reported in the Hillsdale area.

The investigation continues into an act of harassment by communications.

A man was taken into custody and transported to the hospital after he reportedly threatened to kill himself with a firearm.

State police at DuBois
No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident that happened Saturday on Interstate 80 in Brookville Borough, Jefferson County.
Susan Harris of DuBois was traveling east when she lost control of her vehicle on the wet roadway, rotated and hit a concrete bridge wall.
Kelly Iveson of Morrisdale could not avoid striking the Harris vehicle.

Timothy Weidow of Byrndale suffered minor injuries Saturday when he lost control of his vehicle on the wet roadways of I-80 in Pine Creek Township, Jefferson County.
His vehicle fishtailed and struck the guide rails along the south berm.

Between 5 p.m. Wednesday and 9 a.m. Monday, someone gained access into a shed belonging to Chapman's Auto Parts of DuBois by cutting a padlock. The individual removed a cutting torch and damaged a cutting torch gas/oxygen line.

Morris-Cooper Regional

Police investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle in the Drifting area. Upon arrival, police learned there was a party in session and cited six juveniles for underage consumption. Police also arrested two men for supplying the alcoholic beverages to the minors.

Police received a complaint of criminal mischief in which an unknown person had been throwing eggs at vehicles in the Morrisdale area.

Police received a complaint of trespassing from a Morrisdale resident. While police were on scene, three boys returned to the property in question. Police spoke to the boys about the incident and issued a verbal warning as per the owner's request.

Police received a burning complaint in Cooper Township. The investigation is continuing.

Police responded to the scene of a domestic disturbance between a boyfriend and girlfriend in Morrisdale. Police handled the situation at the scene.

State police at Philipsburg

Someone broke into a camp located off of Cassanova Spur Road near the Centre and Clearfield County lines in Rush Township, Centre County. The burglary took place sometime between Aug. 20 and Thursday. A metal detector was removed from the camp, and the burglar or burglars also broke out the windshield of a car parked at the location.

Someone cut three areas of a 6-foot chain link fence in a remote area along the railroad tracks in the acid rock area of Skytop Mountain in Worth Township, Centre County, during the weekend. Those responsible then drove around a restricted area on all-terrain-vehicles. Damage to the fence is estimated at $1,000. Police will be making additional checks of the area, and anyone caught in the fenced area will be cited for trespassing.

Members of the Troop G vice and narcotic unit located two marijuana plants in a remote wooded area along Phoenix Road in Rush Township Sunday. The investigation is ongoing, and troopers ask anyone with information to call police at 342-3370.
