State police at Clearfield
Yesterday, a 17-year-old allegedly shot an air rifle and struck a 13-year-old in the back along Shiloh Road in Bradford Township.

Karl F. Wall of Curwensville reported that someone stole several piles of scrap metal from a wooded area along Browns Hollow Road in Goshen Township between Friday and Tuesday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Clearfield Boro
An East Fourth Street resident reported that someone entered his vehicle and removed contents that were later found in an adjacent alley.
Police remind residents to lock their vehicles at all times.

Lawrence Township
An act of retail theft was reported at Wal-Mart when a Bradford woman attempted to leave with approximately $800 worth of items for which she had not paid.

Police served a protection from abuse order on an Edgewood Apartments man.
Police also confiscated a sword and knife.

An act of criminal mischief was reported in the Country Club area.

Officers assisted with a Children and Youth Services investigation.

Police responded to Lumadue Street for a child custody issue.

A noise complaint was reported on Bowmans Hill Road.

Police assisted Emergency Medical Services with a medical emergency on Bowmans Hill Road.

Officers responded to the Clearfield Hospital after a 4-year-old boy was reported as a dog bite victim.

A disturbance was reported on Woodland Road where a man allegedly kicked a door in frustration.

A sexual assault was reported at the Motel 6.

Police responded to the Clearfield County Jail for an attempted tobacco violation.
A 17-year-old man delivered a sweatshirt for an inmate. Officers determined that the shirt had tobacco sewn into it.
The boy reported that he was delivering the shirt at the request of a friend.

Officers assisted a Clearfield woman with removing her vehicle after it broke down on state Route 879.

State police at Punxsy
Terry V. Schultz reported that someone removed eight 22-inch rims and tires that were lying on the ground in a parking area off of SR 36 in Newburg Borough.
The victim had recently changed the wheels and tires on his tractor-trailer and left the old ones on the ground next to the vehicle.
Four of the items are believed to have been removed between Thursday and Sunday.
The remaining items are believed to have been removed on Monday.
Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Sandy Township
A Hanes Drive woman reported that someone smashed her sliding glass door on Thursday.
Nothing appeared to be missing from the residence.

Police responded to an accident on South Brady Street on Thursday.
A 24-year-old Punxsutawney man lost control of his vehicle and struck a utility pole.
He was charged with careless driving, false reports, driving with a suspended license and accidents involving injury and damage while not properly licensed.
The driver and his 17-year-old passenger initially lied to police about who was driving the vehicle.
Police said that another passenger, a 19-year-old Punxsutawney man, fled the scene following the accident.
Mr. Kellert and a 17-year-old girl were taken to the DuBois Regional Medical Center for treatment of injuries.

A Reynoldsville woman was charged with retail theft Friday after Wal-Mart employees saw her take two pens from a package and conceal them in her back pocket.

On Friday, a Breezewood Avenue couple reported that someone broke their garage window.
Nothing appeared to be missing.

Movie Gallery employees reported Friday that a man was hanging around the store and asking female employees to go out with him.
The man appeared to be intoxicated and was driving a white Nissan Frontier.
He was gone upon police arrival.

The general manager of the Hampton Inn reported Friday that a black man broke into the vending machine and removed an unknown amount of cash.

On Saturday, a Treasure Lake woman reported that someone broke into her home and stole her son's iPhone, valued at $650.

State police at Rockview
Joseph Gallaher of Irvona escaped injury yesterday in a one-vehicle accident that occurred on Interstate 80 near mile marker 151 eastbound in Boggs Township, Centre County.
Mr. Gallaher fell asleep, his vehicle traveled off the right edge of the roadway and became stuck in a ditch.
