Clearfield Community Pool Sharks wrap up the summer season

MARTINSBURG - The Clearfield Community Pool Sharks wrapped up the summer season at the Mountain Swim League Championships at Cove Memorial Pool in Martinsburg on Saturday.
Wyatt Flanagan had an outstanding day to lead the way in the 11-12 age group, picking up wins in the 200 free, 50 free and 100 free.
Other individual winners were Paige Conrad (9-10) in the 50 fly, Lauren Conrad (13-14) in the 50 free and Michael Spencer (11-12) in the 50 back.
Some of the boys relay teams made noise as well, with the 9- and 10-year-old group of Alex Coval, Harrison McMillen, Chase Bietz and Tate Swanson touching the wall first in the 200 medley relay.
Justin Maines, Issac Swanson, Keagan Hess and Luke Mikesell won the 100 free for the 8-and-under group.
For the girls, the team of Lindsey Shaw, Katrina Spencer, Karli Bietz and Tabytha Malloy grabbed victory in the 8-and-under 100 free relay.
In mixed action, the 9- and 10-year-olds sent Tristen Buck, Sydney Coval, Paige Mikesell and Paige Conrad into the pool to top the field in the 200 free relay.
With the final meet in the books, the team picnic will be held at the Clearfield Community Pool at 6 p.m. on Tuesday. Results
