State police at Clearfield

Yesterday, a Grampian man reported someone threw eggs at and caused approximately $10 in damage to his pickup truck windshield.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 857-3800.

A Munson man was charged with simple assault today at approximately 1 a.m. after he and a Munson woman engaged in a physical altercation at an Old Turnpike Road residence.

Naomi Lynch of Bigler suffered minor injuries yesterday when she failed to stop at a red light on state Route 2030 in Bradford Township and her vehicle collided with a vehicle driven by Blake Hinderliter of Shippenville, which was traveling west on U.S. Route 322.

Mr. Hinderliter was not injured.

Four Illinois men face drug charges following a traffic stop yesterday on Interstate 80 in Bradford Township in which they were found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana, psilocybin mushrooms and cocaine.

Clearfield Boro

Police assisted emergency medical services in gaining entrance to an East 11th Street residence yesterday morning.

Officers could not locate a reported noise along Crozier Avenue.

Police responded to a noise complaint on Krebs Avenue.

Increased patrols will be provided in the Daisy Street area following a traffic complaint.

Officers assisted a Pittsburgh man who had been dropped off in Clearfield.

Police could not locate a driver who was reportedly operating a vehicle without a license.

It was learned that juveniles who were reportedly loitering on Daisy Street were with a guardian.

Lawrence Township

An incident of retail theft was reported at Wal-Mart.

Someone removed a fishing pole from a Hyde residence.

The investigation continues in the theft of an all-terrain vehicle.

Police recovered a red Next bicycle with the word "Wipeout" written on the bars reportedly stolen from the Clearfield Borough area.

A possible theft of generators was reported when someone attempted to sell the items from the back of a truck in the Shawville area.

The investigation continues and police are seeking more information in an act of criminal mischief that happened along Old Erie Pike when someone removed a security gate near Clearfield Creek.

Officers assisted with a person who was taken to Clearfield Hospital.

Police are investigating the reported misuse of a vehicle.

An incident of harassment by communication was reported.

Sandy Township

The investigation continues in the false representation of a Sandy Township employee Friday at a Treasure Lake-based day care after an unknown female said she was a township employee and threatened to close the facility for violations.

She was not a township employee, and the day care is not under investigation. Officers are investigating her identity, and any similar incidents should be reported immediately.

Anyone questioning the identity of a township employee should call the Sandy Township municipal building at 371-4220 or the police department at 375-0100.

No injuries were reported when an Emporium girl lost control of her vehicle Friday on Wayne Road while negotiating a curve, and it struck two embankments and two traffic signs.

A DuBois girl was cited for retail theft after she was caught concealing items in her purse.

On Friday, police observed a vehicle with three men leaving the gun range on Game Lands Road and determined they had been drinking and smoking marijuana.

A woman who tried to travel on a private roadway on Platt Road was determined to be driving under the influence Friday. She failed field sobriety tests and was taken to DuBois Regional Medical Center.

Someone damaged a military recruiter's vehicle while it was parked at the DuBois Mall Saturday.

A DuBois woman reported she was being harassed on MySpace Saturday.

On Saturday, a DuBois woman reported her daughter was being harassed via text message.

Several juveniles were released to the custody of their parents Sunday after a Treasure Lake woman reported they were in her yard without permission and had been drinking.

It was determined the woman's daughter invited the group and they had not been drinking.

A DuBois woman suffered minor injuries Monday when another woman pulled in front of her vehicle in the DuBois Plaza.

Police could not locate a woman walking in the Treasure Lake area who reportedly yelled at a passing motorist Monday and used an object to dent his car.

The investigation continues in a report by a Sylvan Heights man Monday that his neighbor's dog bit his daughter.

A Red Hill woman was transported to DRMC Monday when her vehicle's air bags deployed as she pulled into the Sheetz parking lot and struck a pole.

A DuBois woman reported Tuesday that she received harassing text messages.

On Tuesday, a North Versaille man reportedly lost his wallet at the tennis court and when it was returned the money was missing.
