Clearfield Community Pool Sharks wrap up season

BELLEFONTE - The Clearfield Community Pool Sharks wrapped up their regular season on Saturday against Bellefonte. Luke Mikesell (8 and under), Paige Mikesell (9-10) and Michael Spencer (11-12) each picked up four individual wins to pace Clearfield.
Luke Mikesell was the only winner in his division for the Sharks, as he claimed the 25 free, 100 IM, 25 fly and 50 free. Paige Mikesell followed as the only winner in the 9-10 group after winning the 50 free, 100 free, 50 back and 50 breast.
Spencer led the winningest age group for the Sharks in taking the 200 free, 200 IM, 50 fly and 50 back. Wyatt Flanagan (50 free, 100 free), Claire Mikesell (50 free, 50 breast) and Lydia Opalisky (200 IM, 100 free) each won two events.
The quartet also teamed to win the 200 medley relay and the 200 free relay.

Olivia Golding and Clarissa Luzier rounded out the winners with victories in the 100 breast and 200 IM, respectively, in the 13-18 division.
Clearfield travels to the Martinsburg-Spring Cove Pool for the championships on Saturday.
