State police at Clearfield
Someone used a sharp object to scratch the driver's side door of a Coalport woman's vehicle while it was parked on Pine Street in Coalport Borough. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 857-3800.

Yesterday, an Allport man was arrested for driving under the influence after he lost control of his vehicle on Old Turnpike Road in Morris Township, crossed the roadway and overturned after striking an embankment.

A Winburne man reported someone drove through his yard Wednesday, leaving approximately 150 tire marks on the lawn and causing an estimated $300 in damage.

Troopers are seeking more information after someone removed a black iron table with an umbrella and four matching chairs from a West Decatur location between July 1 and Friday.

On Friday, a Houtzdale woman was cited for harassment after she struck a Coalport woman in the face and scratched her in the neck and chest.

State police at Philipsburg
Three people placed four all-thread rods in a skid steer along Loch Lomond Road in Rush Township between July 6 and Thursday owned by Frank Emel of Philipsburg. The rods caused damage when he began to operate it.

William Cartwright reported someone spread nails on the roadway near Hannah Furnace Road and Sharie Street in Rush Township, which punctured tires on several vehicles.

Diane Smith of Clearfield was operating her all-terrain vehicle on Twin Oak Street in Rush Township, it sideswiped a parked unattended vehicle and the impact threw her onto the road. She suffered minor injuries.

Yesterday, troopers arrested Alan Harris of Philipsburg for public drunkenness after they received a report of a man staggering along U.S. 322 near Cold Stream Dam in Rush Township.
He was transported to the office of Magisterial District Judge Leslie Dutchcot in State College, who imposed a $300 fine plus court costs. He was taken to Centre County Correctional Facility because he was not able to post collateral.
State police at Rockview
A Brooklyn, N.Y., man was cited for harassment and removed from a motor coach traveling on I-80 eastbound in Rush Township Saturday because he improperly placed his hands on a woman's leg.
The incident was reported when the bus made its scheduled stop in Milesburg, and Mr. Kokota was removed from the bus by the driver.
