State police at Clearfield
Between Monday and yesterday, someone spray-painted graffiti with silver paint on items at the Houtzdale Little League Field, causing approximately $100 in damage..

Clearfield Boro
An accident was reported at Turnpike Avenue and McBride Street.

Police served a mental health warrant on a West Market Street resident and took him to Clearfield Hospital for evaluation.

---

Suspicious activity was reported at the basketball courts.

---

An incident of harassment was reported.

---

Following a reported overdose, a Woodland Road woman was taken to Clearfield Hospital.

---

The investigation continues in the report of a cell phone stolen from a purse in Upper Witmer Park.

---

A parking complaint was reported on Leavy Avenue.

---

Following a 911 hang-up call originating from South Second Street, police determined everything to be OK.

Officers handled a noise complaint on East Walnut Street.

Police arrested an intoxicated man and took him to jail after he was seen urinating in a public parking lot.

A parking complaint was handled along Nichols Street.

Lawrence Township
The investigation continues in the death of a puppy. Police are trying to determine whether it was accidental or cruelty to animals.

Officers assisted with a disabled vehicle at Old Town Road and state Route 879.

Police are investigating an incident of harassment that took place over the phone.

Separate acts of criminal mischief were handled on Washington and Turnpike avenues.

Police were called to Mount Joy Road and Center Street for an incident of burglary and criminal mischief in which someone rummaged through a house.

No items of value were missing, but anyone with information is asked to contact police at 765-1647.

A theft was reported on Clarendon Avenue in Hyde.

An abandoned vehicle was reported on SR 879.

Police served a detainer on a local man and housed him in Clearfield County Jail.

No injuries were reported in a two-vehicle accident on Glen Richey Road when a car was turning at Firehouse Road and failed to see an oncoming vehicle, which overturned and came to rest in a ditch.

A two-vehicle accident happened on Woodland Road and Wrigley Street when a car pulled in front of a truck. No injuries were reported.

During a burglary at a Flegal Road residence, someone took several items from the garage.

An incident of harassment was reported on Valley View Road when a known man threatened another man.

---

An intoxicated driver was reported on SR 879.

---

Suspicious people were reported at the Salvation Army building.

Officers responded to a report of suspicious activity on Martin Street Extension, found a couple talking and advised them to leave.

Following the report of a domestic disturbance on River Road, officers could not locate anyone.

An incident of harassment was reported at Edgewood Apartments.

Officers took one person into custody who was wanted on an outstanding warrant from the sheriff's office following a traffic stop near Park Avenue Extension.

State police at DuBois
Between June 7 and Sunday, someone damaged nine light bulbs at a pavilion at Penfield United Methodist Church in Huston Township.

David Schurr was arrested on a warrant and placed in CCJ on $10,000 bail. He was wanted for an incident of assault at Pine Valley Trailer Park Thursday.

Police thank the public for its assistance in Mr. Schurr's apprehension.

Sandy Township
Johnson Motors employees reported someone removed parts from a vehicle at the shop for repairs Friday, causing an estimated $721.61 in parts and damage.

The investigation continues in the theft of a four-wheeler from a Cayman Landing shed Friday.

A DuBois juvenile was caught driving without a license Friday.

An unresponsive man was taken to DuBois Regional Medical Center Friday after he caused a disturbance at an Oklahoma Salem Road residence and passed out on the deck due to alcohol consumption.

The investigation continues in a report of animal abuse at a Denton Avenue residence.

---

While on patrol Friday, police observed a vehicle being driven erratically at a high rate of speed. When they attempted to stop the vehicle, the Punxsutawney man sped up and turned onto several side streets before stopping in a church parking lot.

On Saturday, a Sligo man was taken into custody after he assaulted a woman at the Holiday Inn Express.

---

A motorcycle was found over an embankment near Treasure Lake Church Saturday.

---

An Emporium woman reported someone removed a magnetic sign, valued at $250, from her vehicle while parked at the Hampton Inn Sunday.

---

Two Treasure Lake boys reported their bikes were missing Sunday after they left them against a tree in a yard.

---

On Sunday, a man's wallet was found along SR 255 near the Sabula firehall.

---

Treasure Lake Security reported someone drove through a resident's yard Sunday, causing damage to the yard and the post at the corner of the lot.

---

A Mechanicsburg girl reported her wallet, which contained approximately $90 in cash, was taken at the Cayman Landing playground Sunday.
