State police at Clearfield
Yesterday, a 32-year-old Bigler man was injured when the gun he was cleaning accidentally discharged into his thigh. He was taken to Altoona Regional Health System, where he underwent surgery.

The investigation continues in a protection from abuse order violation Saturday when a known woman allegedly had contact with a Hyde woman at Cooney's Bar on state Route 53 in Cooper Township.

Police are investigating the theft of a Craftsman push lawnmower, valued at approximately $100, from the porch of Bonnie Beers' residence in Smithmill between April 1 and Sunday.

Police advised a person he was not welcome at a West Pine Street location.

On Friday, a truck driver reported she parked her trailer full of shoes and boots behind Murray Freightliner and when she returned, it was gone.

Two DuBois girls were cited for retail theft Friday after they took items from Wal-Mart without paying for them.

A Reynoldsville driver failed to stop in time to avoid hitting a vehicle driven by a DuBois woman that was stopped in traffic on Shaffer Road Friday.

A Falls Creek man reported his girlfriend's vehicle was struck by another vehicle in the Wal-Mart parking lot Friday.

On Saturday, police located a DuBois man who called 911 to report that he had been drinking all day and did not know where he was and took him home.

In separate incidents Saturday, someone reportedly broke the taillight on a Treasure Lake resident's vehicle and damaged another vehicle with a rock.

DuBois Nursing Home employees reported seeing someone breaking into vehicles in the parking lot Sunday. The individual was gone when police arrived, but change was reported missing from a vehicle.

Lawn damage was reported at an Oklahoma Salem Road residence Sunday.

A truck driver reported Sunday that someone broke into his truck and stole his CB radio. During the investigation, officers determined that a second truck had been broken into and the CB radio was also stolen.

Employees of DuBois Regional Medical Center reported Sunday that an intoxicated man left the hospital without treatment and drove away. He was found pulled off along Rich Highway and escorted back to the hospital.
State police at Philipsburg
Charges were filed against a man following an incident of harassment Saturday along North Seventh Street in Philipsburg Borough. The man reportedly got into an argument with a woman and slapped her in the face.
State police at Ebensburg
No injuries were reported in an accident yesterday on SR 26 in Elder Township when a vehicle driven by Bruce Maines of West Decatur struck a vehicle driven by Courney Bennett of Hastings as she attempted to enter a driveway.
State police at Rockview
CB radio systems, valued at $3,611, were stolen from nine FedEx trucks at the FedEx lot in Snow Shoe Township.
