State police at Clearfield
Mary Caldwell of Curwensville suffered minor injuries yesterday when she lost control of her vehicle on Windy Hill Road as a deer entered the roadway. The vehicle crossed the south lane, struck an embankment and overturned.

A passenger also suffered minor injuries.

In separate incidents of driving under the influence in Clearfield Borough, troopers arrested a Clearfield woman at Cherry and Third streets, a Johnstown man on Park Avenue and a Clearfield man on Park Avenue.

The investigation continues after Genevieve and John McGonigal of Karthaus reported someone stole their 1996 GMC half-ton truck from their Market Street residence Sunday between 8-9 p.m.

A man and woman from Ramey were charged with harassment Saturday following an altercation where she struck him in the face and he threw gravel at her and struck her in the legs.

The investigation continues in an assault Saturday along Jednota Road in Grassflat.

A Woodland woman reported a known man grabbed her around the face and tackled her to the ground following a verbal altercation. She was eventually able to get free and flee the scene.

On Friday, a Shawville man was arrested after he was found to be in possession of illegal prescription narcotics and drug paraphernalia in the Target Square parking lot.

Clearfield Boro
A Dorey Street resident reported his vehicle was damaged over the weekend.

Officers provided traffic control while a tractor-trailer attempted to enter Bell Avenue from South Second Street.

---

A bad check was reported and later resolved at a Park Avenue business.

---

Police issued a warning to a 14-year-old who punched a 12-year-old in the face on Bigler Avenue.

Lawrence Township
Officers assisted Clearfield Borough police with an incident at the Technology Park along Bigler Avenue.

The investigation continues in an act of criminal mischief in which someone used a pellet gun to shoot out a window at a local business.

Police are investigating an incident of trespassing along Mesa Creek Road.

State police at DuBois
Troopers are investigating an incident of harassment at Wallaceton Alternative School Monday at approximately 3:20 p.m.

A 16-year-old West Decatur boy reported two Bigler juveniles punched him following a disturbance. One person was cited for harassment and another was cited for disorderly conduct.

Justin Geyer of Clarion was flown via medical helicopter to Altoona Regional Health System yesterday following a two-vehicle accident on U.S. Route 322 in Winslow Township, Jefferson County.

Bradley Belgin of Coalport was traveling east near Cameron Camp Road when his vehicle crossed the centerline and sideswiped Mr. Geyer's vehicle.

Erica Young, a passenger in Mr. Geyer's vehicle, suffered minor injuries.

A passenger in Mr. Belgin's vehicle was taken to DuBois Regional Medical Center.

Julie Wells of Luthersburg reported someone used a key to damage her car while it was parked outside her Old Pike Road home April 22.

Kyle Bixler of Clearfield reported someone caused an estimated $400 in damage to his vehicle by throwing rocks at it while it was parked along U.S. 219 at Ace Valley Road in Brady Township between 9 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday.

State police at Philipsburg
Charges were filed against a Bellefonte woman after she refused to stop making harassing phone calls to a Julian woman yesterday.

On Saturday, a Philipsburg woman was cited for disorderly conduct after she started rumors that caused friends and relatives concern.

Two residents of Dale Road in Rush Township were cited for disorderly conduct Saturday.

A 43-year-old Philipsburg man issued a check for $38.95 to Grattan's Pharmacy March 14 that was returned.

Two girls involved in a physical altercation Friday at Philipsburg-Osceola Area High School were cited for harassment.

A 32-year-old Philipsburg man was charged with simple assault and harassment April 10 after he entered a 29-year-old Osceola Mills man's residence and struck him several times with a closed fist.

On April 16, troopers investigated an incident in Worth Township in which vulgar messages were left on the answering machine at an Ardery Hollow residence.

---

A 13-year-old boy who inappropriately touched a 13-year-old girl without her consent on several occasions between April 10 and Friday was charged with indecent assault and harassment.
