WOODWARD Township, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania hereby offers a $250 Reward to any person who provides information leading to the prosecution and conviction of a person who has been removing stop signs and other roadway signs from the Township roadways. The Township also offers an additional $250 Reward to any person who provides information leading to the prosecution and conviction of a person who has been dumping garbage and trash on the Township roadways.
