Details for PUBLIC NOTICE Pursuant to the Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation

PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Surface Mining Conservation and Reclamation Act and the Clean Streams Law, notice is hereby given the Rob Holland Enterprises, doing business at 52 Holland Lane, Curwensville, PA 16833 has made application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for renewing its existing surface coal mine permit and the related NPDES permit. The current permit SMP #17814000, was issued on March 1, 1984 and will expire March 1, 2019. This renewal does not contain revisions to the existing operation. The receiving streams for the permit area are Unnamed Tributaries to Irish Run and Irish Run. The operation is located in Penn Township, Clearfield County and is known as the Graham Operation. The permit area is situated approximately 1/2 mile southwest of the intersection of Township Road T-356 (Ridge Road) and T-358 (Hartzfeld Road) located on the Mahaffey U.S.G.S. Quadrangle map, 22.0 inches north and 10.0 inches west from the bottom right hand corner of the printed map.

Written comments, objections and requests for public hearing or informal conference may be submitted to the Department of Environmental Protection, 186 Enterprise Drive, Philipsburg, PA 16866 within 30 days following the last publication date of this notice and must include your name, address, telephone number and a brief statement as to the nature of the objection(s).
